    1、Solidarity

Solidarity is the cultural expression of an organization, reflect mostly in of all members of the organization have same level of recognition on organization goals, development strategies, values and beliefs, institutional norms, and so on; the thought and action of each member in the organization can be harmonized to organizational behavior, with clear objectives and ideas, efficient autonomously work together to achieve organizational goals and organizational value.
